Poly Corr has
supplied numerous custom molded items, often
replacing other more expensive or less durable materials
of construction. For example, over 2,500 large cell
liners were molded and installed in a copper refinery
during the early 1900's to eliminate costly and
potentially harmful lead liners. Large pump floatation
buoys measuring over five feet in height and six feet in
diameter with 1" thick walls were designed for another
customer. The molded buoys replaced others of less
durable fiberglass and metal construction.
